Toilet Floor Seal  can completely Seal Toilet To Floor Firmly -fits any size toilet.
this new and advanced Toilet Floor Seal formulation is designed to make toilet installation faster and easier without the need for caulk or other sealants. simply apply the seal strip adhesive to the toilet floor base and mount.

For a new toilet installation,measure from the wall to the drain center and then from the back of the tank to its drain center,compare these measurements to ensure a proper fit,Skip this step if reinstalling the same toilet

Measure from the drain center to each of the four edges of the toilet base, now mark or tape those dimension on the floor with respect to the floor drain. this will ensure that the toilet is aligned properly prior to compressing the seals         

Remove any protective packaging from the  Toilet Bowl Seal Ring,Align it to the toilet drain and press just firmly enough to adhere it into place without deforming the seal material excessively

    Peel the Toilet Floor Seal strip from their backing and apply end-to-end around the toilet floor base until the entire perimenter is covered.  Press just firmly enough to adhere the strips into place without deforming the seal material excessively

Hold the toilet Slightly above the follor and align the toilet base over the floor markers.Slowly lower it into position between the markers,Now use full body weight on all sides to fully seat and compress the seals.

Upon fully compressing the seal strip into place.some of the seal material with naturally bulge out from under the edges,Simply use a sharp utility knife to trim this excess and form a nice crisp finish,The toilet is now fully mounted and sealed –ready for flush hardware installation.
