• Six (6) valves were received and tested.Fillpro Style Fill Valve,Water Saver Anti-siphon Fill ValveTest report
• A Fillpro OEM valve was tested first. The water level in the toilet tank rose 5/8″ in the first hour and then stopped. It was left installed for another 15 hours with no further rise in the water level.

Valve # 1:进水阀1

1. The water level in the toilet tank rose 1/4″ within the first hour and then stopped. It was left installed for another 22 hours with no further rise in the water level.
2. The initial test pressure was at 55 psi. During the 22 hour period, the valve was subjected to pressures ranging from 30 psi to 100 psi over a 2 hour period.
1. The water level in the toilet tank rose 3/4″ within the first hour and then stopped. It was left installed for another 22 hours with no further rise in the water level.
2. The initial test pressure was at 55 psi. During the 22 hour period, the valve was subjected to pressures ranging from 30 psi to 100 psi over a 2 hour period.
Valve # 3:

1. The water level in the toilet tank rose 1-1/8″ within the first 6 hours and then stopped. It was left installed for another 16 hours with no further rise in the water level.
2. The toilet was then flushed 5 times, and then the rise in the water level was re-evaluated. This time the water level in the tank only rose 5/8″ within the first hour and then stopped. It was left installed for another 15 hours with no further rise in the water level.
3. The toilet was then flushed 8 times, and then the rise in the water level was again re-evaluated. This time the water level in the tank only rose 1/4″ within the first hour and then stopped. It was left installed for 3 more days with no further rise in the water level.
4. The test pressure was maintained at 55 psi

Valve # 4:

1. The water level in the toilet tank rose 1/2″ within the first hour and then stopped. It was left installed for another 23 hours with no further rise in the water level.
2. The test pressure was maintained at 55 psi.
Valve # 5:

1. The water level in the toilet tank rose 1/4″ within the first hour and then stopped. It was left installed for 14 days with no further rise in the water level.
2. The initial test pressure was at 55 psi. During the 14 day period, the valve was subjected to pressures ranging from 30 psi to 100 psi over a 15 hour period.
1. The water level in the toilet tank rose 1/2″ within the first hour and then stopped. It was left installed for 10 days with no further rise in the water level.
2. The initial test pressure was at 55 psi. During the 10 day period, the valve was subjected to pressures ranging from 30 psi to 100 psi over a 15 hour period.

Conclusion: 结论

• 5 of the 6 valves performed as good as the OEM Fillpro valve.
• The water level for Valve # 3 rose 1-1/8″ before stopping. It was then retested 2 more times. Each of these 2 times, the rise in the water level was as good as (or better) than the OEM Fillpro valve.
• Cycle testing will now begin on Valve #1 and Valve # 3. This will consist of the toilets being flushed 10 to 20 times a day, and evaluated over a long period of time.
• These test samples performed much better than the last batch of samples.
• It is recommended that Xinyu send us 6 more samples so that we can do the above tests again so that we can get a feeling of confidence that the problems have been fixed.
