When installing the toilet, a flange should be placed at the sewage outlet under the toilet. This connection with the sewage pipe can effectively prevent odors from returning. If the flange is displaced during installation, or the installer does not use the flange, there will be a large gap, and there may even be feces spilled outside the pipe mouth, forming a “stock”. At this time, if you remove the sealant under the toilet, you will see dirty water flowing out.

4. The toilet is not clean and not cleaned in time.
Some users do not pay attention to cleanliness and do not clean the toilet in time when the toilet is already dirty. This situation mostly occurs in shared houses. After using the toilet for a long time, thick dirt stains will be produced on the inner wall of the toilet and the drainage inlet.
